We started BriteWash to build something real while we're still in high school at Cherokee. Pressure washing was the cleanest way in: a craft we could learn well, charge fairly for, and stand behind.

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high water pressure to blast off dirt, which is great for concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with siding-safe detergents that kill the algae and mildew at the source. Houses and painted surfaces get soft washed. Driveways and concrete get pressure washed.
How long does a job take?
Most driveways are 1–2 hours. A full house soft wash usually runs 2–4 hours. We'll give you a time window when we quote.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or card. Payment is due when the job is complete and you're happy with it.
How soon can you come out?
Quotes go back within 24 hours. Most jobs in our service area get scheduled within the same week, weather permitting.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Move cars off the driveway, close windows, and bring pets inside while we work. That's it. We handle the rest.
Will the cleaning hurt my plants?
No. We pre-wet landscaping before applying any detergent and rinse everything thoroughly afterward. We use the same products professionals use on million-dollar homes.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Annual house washes and driveway cleanings are the most popular. Repeat customers get a standing discount.
